By placing an order with A Gem Above you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

'A Gem Above', 'Our', 'We' indicates A Gem Above, a division of Eventes Global Limited, company number: 5843061.
'Working days' indicates Monday - Friday excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
'You' or 'Your' indicates the customer placing an order with A Gem Above.

Your Details

When you create an account on our website, we will request a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping these details safe, it is not recommended to disclose your account password. if you feel it has been compromised you should change it immediately.

You can update your password and/or contact details at anytime by logging into your account on our website.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website you are agreeing to purchase the goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract.

We will only deliver your order once we have accepted payment in full from your payment card issuer. If payment is not authorised, we will not deliver your order.

We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being dispatched by contacting us.

Purchases

A Gem Above must receive payment in full for any item(s) purchased through our website.

A Gem Above are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered before the contract is made we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone.

A Gem Above only accepts orders from delivery and invoices addresses in the UK.

All prices are displayed in GB pounds sterling and include VAT at the correct rate.

A Gem Above takes payment via PayPal, who accept all major UK debit and credit cards.

Delivery

Delivery costs will vary depending on the delivery method chosen during checkout. The delivery cost will be clearly stated throughout the checkout process.

Most items will be delivered via Royal Mail recorded or special delivery services (depending on the delivery method you choose) and therefore require a signature on receipt.

We aim to deliver all purchases within 5 working days. If this is not possible we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery method or to arrange a refund or exchange.

A Gem Above will not be held responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 28 day money back guarantee. When you return the goods, you must send them via Royal Mail special delivery. The goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Pierced items such as earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless they are damaged.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item which is damaged please contact us within 28 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Guarantee

From the date of purchase, all items (exlcuding earrings and pierced items) are guaranteed for 12 months against manufacturing defects.

Please note images of products may not represent their actual size. Dimensions are given where possible to indicate sizes.
